Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless?
Are you homeless or at risk of becoming homeless? We can help.
If you are not sure which way to turn, contact the HOUSE WAKE! Access Hub to start your journey to finding safe and stable housing or maintaining your current housing. When you contact the HOUSE WAKE! Access Hub, a representative will gather information about your situation and refer you to an area provider that may be able to help.
The HOUSE WAKE! Access Hub does not provide direct services (rental assistance, etc.), but instead is the centralized intake and referral portal for Wake County residents, and can connect those in need to agencies providing services such as emergency shelter, homelessness prevention (emergency rental assistance, etc.) and rapid re-housing (helping those who are homeless find permanent housing).
